By quality I mean making sure every outlet is perfectly aligned, every screw on every wall plate is turned in the same direction, and making sure all work is up to code/safe. I take great pride in the fact that electrical work that I have done or has been done under my supervision has never had 1 return phone call to go and fix an electrical problem. This is due to my attention to detail in my work and those around me.
I have spent my whole working career in the trade/service industry, so I understand the needs of customers other than just electrical work. A lot of licensed Electrical Contractors do safe work that's up to code. What has always set me apart in the business is the level of customer service I provide. This entails good communication and speaking with the customer to find out exactly what they want.  not about what I want, because I am the professional in electrical work, it's about giving the customer the results they have paid my company to produce. This was reflective when I was a company employee, my employers use to get a lot of requests from customers that I return to their house, business or jobsites.
